June 16, 2008: First Father's Day

Enjoyed my first Father's Day yesterday by eating my favorite Portland breakfast (an oyster omelet at the Bijoux Cafe), going to OMSI (Oregon Museum of Science and Technology) to see the Chinese dinosaur exhibit, and eating lunch at a fabulous Jewish deli that Kathleen turned me on to--Kenny and Zuke's--on Stark and 11th (I had a double-decker pastrami/chicken salad sandwich that was to die for). I finished off the day with a very fatherly mow of the lawn.
