There are reports floating all over the Internet that Ian Robert Finley of Portland, OR, turned one year old, Sunday, July 27th, at 1:39 p.m. We cannot confirm or deny these reports, but the following pictures taken, apparently, by a journalist operating undercover (as a dog?), do strengthen the liklihood that these reports are true. Let the viewer judge for him or herself.
